Are you integrating AI into your research? As AI transforms science, the need for a Responsible AI Literacy (RAIL) Competency Model for Researchers becomes critical. The first preprint presents the broader framework, rationale, and overarching competency statements (https://doi.org/10.17619/UNIPB/1-2504). For detailed definitions of the individual competency elements (Knowledge, Skills, and Responsible Integrity Dispositions) needed to interpret these statements, please refer to the companion document: (https://doi.org/10.17619/UNIPB/1-2591). You are invited to join an international expert panel to refine this framework and ensure research integrity in the age of Artificial Intelligence.
Why participate?
-
Expert Networking: Connect with international peers in the field of AI-supported research.
-
Recognition: Receive an official Certificate of Participation from Paderborn University.
-
Scientific Impact: Directly influence a doctoral study and a responsible AI literacy (RAIL) competency model for researchers aimed at safeguarding scientific standards.
To ensure the model is validated through a diverse range of professional research lenses, we are specifically seeking participants who identify with the following profile:
-
Degree: Master’s degree or higher.
-
Research Experience: Has been active in professional research for at least 3 years.
-
Role: Doctoral Candidate, Researcher, Lecturer, Professor, Director, or equivalent.
The Registration Process: This questionnaire takes less than 6 minutes to complete. After completing the survey, you will be invited to a Nominal Group Technique (NGT) session.
